2016 Father’s Day Mixer

 

On Sunday, Jun 19th, we celebrated Father’s Day with a mixer at the museum from 4pm to 6pm. Live music provided by Tom Menninger. New visitors and friends enjoyed Beer, Wine and light snacks while socializing and exploring the exhibits. We also live-streamed a video tour on Periscope.

2016 Pride Festival Booth

 

On Saturday June 18th, the museum closed early and volunteers joined Operations Manager, and Board President, Jeff Banning, in manning our Educational Booth at Wilton Manors Stonewall Street Festival. During the six hours we distributed over 1,000 information cards and held several dozen conversations all many festival attendees.
